Buffalo Corn with Point Reyes Original Blue
6 ears of corn, shucked
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons hot sauce
3 ounces Point Reyes Original Blue, crumbled
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Grill corn for 7-10 minutes, turning frequently, until cooked through with visible grill marks. While corn is cooking, combine butter, mayonnaise and hot sauce in a small bowl to make the buffalo sauce. Remove cooked corn from grill, and, while it’s still hot, brush it buffalo sauce. Sprinkle with Point Reyes Original Blue and chives.
