Join Chef Jen for an absolutely delicious day of Hands-On instruction in The Fork kitchen. Jen is a master at preparing the most amazing appetizers, salads, soups and veggies that accompany any preference for Holiday entrees. Whether you pair her side dishes with a roast turkey, prime rib, bone-in ham... or choose to just go Sides-Only in a vegetarian-friendly menu, Jen's recipes are sure to please. The flavors will be classic but with a Farm Fresh spin, celebrating the local bounty of produce and artisanal products sourced right from The Fork garden.
The day also includes a walking farm tour, focused cheese tasting, local wine and a seated lunch where students will relax and celebrate the fruits of their labor.
