Join The Fork’s kitchen team, led by Executive Chef Jennifer Luttrell, for a fun-filled day of cooking with the season’s very best (and freshest) ingredients. Chef Jen and Sous Chef Colleen will instruct students in a hands-on environment in the gorgeous Fork kitchen. The focus will be on creating a brunch menu that reflects the bounty of our regional producers. The day also includes a walking farm tour, focused cheese tasting, fantastic Sonoma county wine from Dry Creek Vineyards and a sit-down multi-course lunch where students will relax and celebrate the fruits of their labor!
