Learn how to make three different fresh cheeses – chevre, mozzarella and burrata – in this fun and fast-paced class taught by Nicole Easterday, founder of FARMCurious.  Nicole teaches the complex biology and chemistry behind cheese making in a social and down-to-earth way, creating an engaging environment perfect for learning.

In addition to learning how to make your own cheese at home, your day on the farm will also include a farm fresh lunch prepared by The Fork kitchen team, a focused cheese tasting of Point Reyes Farmstead cheeses, and a walking farm tour.
