Join us to learn how the Bay Area's own TCHO Chocolate is aiming to make the best chocolate in the world, and doing it in a way that makes the world a better place through innovative partnerships, co-developing improved farming practices, and sourcing the best ingredients in a way that benefits farmers - all topics that are near and dear to us and our commitment to ethical, environmental-focused agriculture!
We'll learn about the diverse flavors found in cocoa beans and how TCHO fine tunes these inherent flavors to create the INSANELY DELICIOUS bars in this cheese and chocolate collection. And be assured, we have done our homework! Our Culinary Director, Jennifer Luttrell will be presenting the amazing combinations along with Director of Cocoa Sourcing, Laura Ann Sweitzer.

Orders must be placed by midnight on Monday April 26.
All orders of the Cheese & TCHO Chocolate Collection will be shipped April 26-27 via FedEx Overnight. (We are unable to accommodate alternate ship dates.)
